PRINCE WILLIAM and KATE MIDDLETON announced the name of their new baby: Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. Charlotte is a female version of Charles, as in her grandfather PRINCE CHARLES. It's also the middle name of Kate's sister PIPPA. Diana is obviously a nod to William's mother PRINCESS DIANA. And Elizabeth is in honor of QUEEN ELIZABETH, the baby's great-grandmother. I suppose you could say that leaves Charlotte's grandfather PRINCE PHILLIP and her uncle PRINCE HARRY out in the cold . . . but you can't please everybody. On Twitter, everyone's been making "Sex and the City" jokes . . . none of which were terribly funny. Charlotte was the name of one of the four main characters . . . the one played by KRISTIN DAVIS.
